PARADE INFORMATION

Location: Newburg VRSFD

Parade Date: Sunday, May 6, 2018 @ 1:00 pm

Registration Times
10:00 am – 12:00 pm
(Parade starts at 1:00 p.m. rain or shine)
Please send only one representative from your department to the registration table when all apparatus is present and ready to be staged.

Parade Route
The parade units will be staged/lined up in the parking lot of Piccowaxen Middle School and Dr Higden Elementary School. Any overflow will then be on the side of route 257 down Wayside hill as needed. The parade route will begin from the schools and head west towards Newburg VRSFD. The judge’s stand will be in front of the station. Once units have cleared the judge’s stand, if you are staying for the games, turn right onto Mt Victoria Rd. then take another right onto Shiloh Church Rd. to return back to the schools to park. Shuttle buses will pick you up and take you to Newburg VRSFD where the games will be held. General Parade Information Parade route and staging information will be available at the registration table, along with apparatus line up cards and registration forms. Be sure to give a count of ALL apparatus from your department, so we provide adequate space in the staging area. Awards A list of trophies will be at the registration table.
