Remembering the Crew and Patients from Trooper 2 and Tonya from Station 12

The Newburg Volunteers would like to extend their deepest regrets to the Maryland State Police Aviation Division and Station 12, as well as the friends/family of the patients and the friends/family of EMT-B Tonya Mallard, after a tragic crash while Trooper 2 was transporting 2 Patients to a trauma center for injuries sustained in an earlier accident. EMT-B Tonya Mallard from Station 12 was assisting the flight medic with patient care on the mission. The cause of the crash is still under investigation at this time and is unknown. Our thoughts and prayers will be with everyone affected by this tragedy, and we wish the survivor a quick recovery.
