Just before 8PM Newburg was alerted to Balsam Court in Swann Point for a chimney fire. Engine 143, with a crew of 6, responded immediately.
Engine 143 arrived and checked for extension on 2nd floor and attic. The 2nd floor was also checked with the thermal imager. No extension was found, the crew then set up positive pressure ventilation at the front door.
Chief 6 (Godwin) had the Balsam Court Command
Engine 143 returned to quarters at 8:56PM
