| By Assistant EMS Chief Andrew Spalding | |
| October 13, 2007 | |
| On Saturday, October 13th, 2007 the Newburg Volunteers went across the bridge for the King George Festival. Units participated in the parade, and ended up getting 3 trophies! We came home early, and later got a phone call saying we had won Best Appearing EMS Unit, Best Appearing Brush Truck, and Best Appearing Company Overall!!! Thanks to Cliff Butler, Jeff Hammett, Jason Vermillion and Andrew Spalding for cleaning the units and running them through the parade! |
