It is with great sadness and heavy hearts, the Newburg Volunteers regrets to announce the passing of Life Member Mary Kay Waugh. Mary Kay faithfully served the community through EMS for 21 years, after joining our department in September of 1995. Mary Kay was also a member of the Charles County Mobile Intensive Care Unit. Please keep the family and friends of Mary Kay in your thoughts and prayers.
