MVA on Crain Highway

At 2326 hours Station 14 was alerted for a MVA on Crain Highway in the area of mile marker number 5, Engine 143 (La Plata VFD Engine 11) responded along with PA148. Units arrived on the scene to find a single vehicle off the roadway and into the woods. The crew from Engine 143 along with CCSO assisted PA148 package a disorderly patient and PA148 transported the patient to a local hospital with CCSO on board. Units cleared at 0001 hours.

Thanks to the La Plata Volunteer Fire Department for allowing us to use Engine 11 while both our engines were OOS for the day.
