First Due Motorcycle Accident results in Double Medevac

On Sunday Spetember 6th, 2015 at approximately 1854, Station 14 was alerted to the 9800 block of Sylvan Turn for a motorcycle accident. Chief 14, EMS Chief 14-A, RE-141, A-148, PA-149 and EMS Utility 14 responded on the call. Also on the call was PA-517 and EMS Duty 16-A. EMS Chief 14-A was first arriving and immediately requested a medevac for two patients. Units operated on the scene for approx. 25 minutes before reporting to Higdon Elementary for the LZ. The LZ was handled by RE-141, E-102, 61 and KG-21, as two aircrafts were landed. Also, many thanks to Duty 1 for his assistance at the scene. Prayers to the patients for a speedy recovery.
