The Newburg Volunteer Rescue Squad and Fire Dept. will now be accepting any canned food items and/or non-perishable food items to donate to the Southern Maryland Food Bank for this holiday season. Food can be dropped off at any time, attentioned to Andrew Spalding, EMS Chief/PIO. Also, if you bring any non-perishable food items to our Friday Night Bingo program, you will receive a $1 credit per can/boxed good! (Max of up to $5 given to one person)! Let's step up as a community and try to make a difference in an attempt to end hunger in and around our community!
